WE CLOSE ONE WEEK AT THE END OF THE YEAR AND THE FIRST WEEK OF JULY EACH YEAR - ALL DATES WILL BE LISTED IN ADVANCE.
FOR THE SUMMER OF 2019 WE WILL CLOSE JULY 1st - JULY 5th.
SHIPPING:We have a flat rate shipping price for all orders regardless of how many pieces you order. (We understand this is not ideal for single piece orders; however, in the case of 'bulk' orders, this is a tremendous savings to the customer.)
"Flat Rate Shipping" includes items up to 36" x 26" in size to the lower 48 states (please email regarding rates to Alaska & Hawaii). Any oversize items will be packaged and shipped separately at a separate price according to FedEx rates and the size of the piece. All items listed on the website ARE sized to ship under our "flat rate shipping" terms (including the oversize mullions).
If you need a piece larger than what it allows you to select, please contact us regarding the cost of shipping that oversize item.
There are different rates for "home delivery" and "business delivery". You can choose either one at check out. This classification is determined by the Carrier as to whether you are classified as 'commercial' or 'residential'. Home-based businesses are NOT considered a 'business address'. The carriers define 'business addresses' as an location that is open to public foot traffic at regularly set times. If you choose 'business address' at checkout and you are a residential address, your order will be put on hold and you will be invoiced for the difference in the shipping cost.
You do have the option of shipping to a business address or a FedEx hold location. You need to make sure the 'ship to' address is correct. We are happy to look up a FedEx location near you where you can pick up your package - this would be considered a 'commercial' address and can be shipped at a lower rate. ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME:
Your order will ship by the 4th business day of your order being finalized. There are occasions your order could take an extra day or two to ship. Examples include peak holiday seasons, custom orders, incomplete information received upon ordering, proof approval delays, etc. We will let you know if that is the case with your order. If you have a party deadline you are nervous about meeting, please mention that date when you order and/or check with us prior to ordering.
Example of our standard 4 day turn around time: If you order completed with accurate information and paid by Monday at 10am, your order should ship Thursday. If it is after 10am on Monday, it will ship Friday. The amount of time it takes to arrive to you depends on your location. Most packages arrive in 1-3 business days; however, there are areas that take up to 5 days to arrive from South Mississippi. We can not control what happens after the carrier picks up the package. You will be sent a tracking number upon the printing of your shipping label.
RETURNS OR EXCHANGES:
All sales are final. Please review your order carefully. Once your order is paid, it goes into production. All of our items are cut as you order them and built specifically for you. We can not accept exchanges or returns for any reason, including errors on your part when ordering. Check your spelling carefully - we can not replace items due to typos. No matter how 'obvious' the spelling mistake is, we will not change the items you type. Please note that your custom names will be cut exactly as you type it - examples: The Smiths - The Smith's - The Smiths' - Smith - Smiths - Smith's - Smith Family - Smiths Family - etc. We will not correct punctuation so make sure it is where you intend it to be.
If you receive an item damaged in shipping, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a picture of the damaged item and the box it was delivered in. We will handle each request individually; however, items damaged in shipping will be replaced asap at no cost to you. We will handle the FedEx claim on our end as long as we are notified timely and have pictures.
If an error was made on our part, please email us within 48 hours of delivery along with a picture of the mistake. We will correct any mistakes made on our part asap with no cost to you.
Mistakes made on our part will be replaced at no cost to you for the piece(s) and shipping. Even in the event that we make a mistake, we are unable to offer refunds, only corrections. If the mistake was made on your part, the cost of the piece(s) and shipping will be your responsibility.
We are unable to cancel orders once they are placed. In order to maintain our fast turn around times, your order goes into production as soon as it is received.
All payments are final and no refunds will be processed.
We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.
Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
